The SafeTcall unit remotely monitors the alarm status of equipment.
This is a particularly important feature when the equipment being monitored may detect the possibility of dangerous and life threatening events.
The remote monitor is reliable, economical, easy to operate and has been designed to integrate with our range of gas detection systems.
The SafeTcall provides both audible and visual indication of Fail, Warn and Alarm conditions at the main control unit. The system is equipped with three high brightness 10mm diameter LEDs (one for each Fail, Warn and Alarm) as well as a high sound level electronic buzzer which sounds when any one of the three alarm states are activated.
Alarm conditions are accepted at the SafeTcall by pushing the Accept switch which mutes the buzzer but not extinguish the relevant indicating light. Should another alarm mode occur in this state, the buzzer will again sound until accepted.
The indicating lamps will not extinguish until the problem has been cleared at the main control unit. The SafeTcall is easy to mount and does not require a separate power supply as it is operated from the power supplied by the alarm signals. Only four wires are required from the main control to carry 24VDC signals to the SafeTcall.
