A unique and exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated professional Manufacturing Engineer to join our Electronics operation at Cameron Park (NSW). 

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be an integral part of our team for design, installation, monitoring and development of all systems affecting the manufacturing cycle of a product. You will assist and promote efficient and effective running of the production workshops with main objectives focused on implementing quality systems, products and process improvements, assist with the development of new products as well as train and develop staff. There will be a need to continuously improve the overall manufacturing systems and drive culture change for future progression.

Your willingness to gets hands on in a manufacturing environment will be complemented by the following:

  • Safety as a core value
  • Industrial/Manufacturing/Electrical/Engineering degree
  • Proven experience in coordinating multiple projects
  • A strong work ethic and integrity with lean manufacturing principles knowledge, creative problem-solving skills and excellent customer service
  • Holds self accountable and committed to self development and continuous improvement
  • Experience in assembly automation and new product introductions

Experience in a similar role in the electronic industry, preferably in a flexible, small to medium volume manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
